Maine is in a dilemma with to many
coyotes and no one to hunt them. We have a year round season with no bag
limits or possession limits. You may hunt them day or night! Starting
December 16, to June 1, you may hunt at night with a Coyote night
hunting permit.
Here at Conklin's Lodge and Camps, we
have come up with a couple of very affordable hunting packages in hopes
to draw more hunters to the area and help eliminate some of these
problems.
Package #1
is our unguided hunt with bait sites provided. This package includes 6
nights and 5 days of hunting, all meals, lodging, daily maid service and
GPS coordinates to the bait sites. It is recommended that you have a 4
wheel drive truck or snowmobile to access these sites.
$550.00 per person based on double occupancy.
Package #2 is our Fully Guided baited hunt. This hunt includes 6
nights and 5 days of hunting, all meals, lodging, daily maid service,
pre-placed baits with wind proof shelters with heaters and
transportation to and from sites by 4 wheel drive trucks or snowmobiles.
You can choose to hunt day or night. We will skin any coyotes killed and
freeze for your departure home.
$1295.00 per person based on double occupancy.
Package #3 is our fully guided combo bait and calling hunt and
includes 6 nights and 5 days of hunting, all meals, lodging, daily maid
service, transportation to and from bait sites and calling areas and
Master Maine Guide to do all the calling and spotlighting for you. We
will skin any coyotes killed and freeze for your departure home.
$1495.00 per person based on double occupancy.
Any package you choose has a high
success rate for these wary predators as there is no shortage of coyotes
in the areas that we will hunt.
